GUARANTEE

-All of my products are manufactured, packaged, labeled and handled by myself. I have a strict quality control system to ensure minimal batch variation and I maintain a high standard of production for all products. I follow GOOD MANUFACTURING guidelines to ensure that you are receiving a well-made and undamaged product. All ingredients I use are the best I can find: wild, raw, organic, food grade, whole, fresh, GRAS (generally regarded as safe), pure and clean. 
-I do not do ANY animal testing, use synthetic fragrance materials, or materials that might be harmful like parabens, etc.
-All products marked "VEGAN" do not contain animal products of any kind. They also do not contain ANY synthetically derived materials.
-All products are manufactured in a dedicated facility that is pet-free and smoke-free.

PAYMENT

-All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.
-CA residents are charged the current sales tax of 9.00%.
-If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been received and before in-stock item/s have been shipped, a refund will be issued with 2% transaction fee deducted from refund.
-If an item you ordered is out of stock, I will contact you and let you know the earliest date you can expect shipment to be made. If you do not wish to wait for the item, I can issue a refund and will absorb the transaction fee.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

-If you are unhappy with an order please contact me so I can try to rectify the problem. Customer satisfaction is a top priority and I make every effort to address concerns thoroughly and promptly.
-If you would like to return an item for refund please include all original packaging within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in minimal use condition.
-Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of merchandise. The refund amount is for the actual item, minus shipping charge to you and all transaction fees incurred.
-Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise and item/s must be received undamaged.
-I recommend you send your return with insurance and delivery confirmation/tracking. I cannot be responsible for any returned package that has been lost, stolen, damaged or contents removed during shipment to me.

HEATING/MELTING/FREEZING

 

-Because I handle all phases of production, I am scrupulous about making sure all of my products are maintained properly in my warehouse/storage after manufacture and prior to shipment. I cannot be held responsible for products melting/freezing during transit. If you receive a product from us that arrives warm, melted or separated due to heat please refrigerate for a few hours and then stir. This will generally make it usable. If a product is frozen, allow it to come to room temperature (68-78 degree F) slowly.
-Products shipped with insurance that have been damaged by heat/melting or freezing will be replaced upon receipt of unused, damaged merchandise. Shipping charges for returning unused damaged product will be refunded.

If you have any prior medical condition, it would be best to consult your doctor before using any herbal/botanically derived product.
-By law I am required to list the ingredients in my skincare except for fragrance. However, I believe in FULL DISCLOSURE, including all of the essential oils that may be used as actives and/or fragrance components in ALL of my products. If you have further questions about ingredients or any other relevant information, I would be happy to answer them, feel free to contact me. 
-Since every body is different and it is impossible to make a product that can be used by everyone, Lalun Naturals and Owners are in no way responsible for irritation or reaction that may arise from use of our ingredients. It is the responsibility of the customer to know of any allergies and/or sensitivity to any of the ingredients in the Lalun product line.
-I encourage you to read and review the ingredients list on each product to see if any of your known allergens are in my products. If you have specific questions or concerns about product safety, allergies or ingredients, it is always best to consult with your healthcare professional. 
-I recommend doing a patch test prior to using any product. Place a small amount of product on the inside of your arm and check for a reaction. If any redness occurs, stop using the product immediately. If no redness is observed, proceed. Allergic reactions can take place at any time (and also go away), so if you notice any reaction during use, please stop applying product and check with your healthcare professional.
